Multiple Sclerosis UK (MS-UK)
MS-UK is a national charity to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), to empower them to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of MS and providing support where it is needed the most. This includes families, carers, health professionals, friends and colleagues.
The MS-UK Helpline can support you emotionally every step of the way. You can contact us about anything, whether it is about managing MS symptoms, accessing benefits or simply just to chat.
Our helpline is staffed by trained information officers and we’re here to provide you with all the information you may need to make your own decisions. We will never advise a course of action or make recommendations, but we will give you access to as much information as possible so that you can make choices that are right for you.
The MS-UK Helpline is open 10.00am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday and is available via Freephone 0800 783 0518, email info@ms-uk.org and Live Web Chat.
MS-UK Online provides online exercise classes at different ability levels, chair yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness courses, writing for wellbing courses, information sessions, workshops, exercise masterclasses and much more. Go to www.ms-uk.org/online to find out more.
