Durham Deafened Support
We offer one-to-one family and group support to people across Durham and Darlington who have acquired hearing loss.
We promote the relief, integration, rehabilitation, welfare and education of people who have become isolated because of hearing loss. We enable them to cope with their disability through advocacy, support, education, information and other ways of helping them to understand and meet their communication needs.
Our centre has equipment for people to try, information and advice on relevant issues to do with hearing loss and tinnitus.
Please see our website for further details.
