B.L.IN.D. New Age Bowls
Blind Life took to New Age Bowls because it was designed for people with disabilities. Each bowl has a bias on it and is just a bit bigger than a tennis ball. You get four of these and the game is played indoors. You can stand, kneel, sit, or use a wheelchair. There is also a ramp that you can use, particularly if sitting to take your shot.
We hold New Age Bowls sessions on a Wednesday evening from 7.00pm – 9.00pm at Stanley Crook Village Hall, Stanley Crook. Please visit our website for the dates and more information.
Why not come along to a session and either watch or have a go at something new and for all abilities and ages (under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
Donations towards costs are welcomed.
Please visit our website for the dates and more information.
