B.L.IN.D. Boccia

Blind Life took to Boccia because it was designed for people with disabilities. You get six balls each, roughly about the same size as a tennis ball and a jack. The idea is to get your ball nearer the jack than your opponent. You can stand, sit, or use a wheelchair. There is also a ramp that you can use, particularly if sitting to take your shot.

We hold Boccia sessions on a Wednesday evening from 7.00pm – 9.00pm at Stanley Crook Village Hall, Stanley Crook. Please visit our website for the dates and more information.

Why not come along to a session and either watch or have a go at something new and for all abilities and ages (under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).

Donations towards costs are welcomed.

Please visit our website for the dates and more information.
