Chester-le-Street Ramblers (local walking group)

Chesterl-le Street Ramblers are 1 of 15 walking groups attached to the Northumbria Area of Ramblers Association that holds regular walks. Chester-le-Street have a paper membership of 97 with up to 25-30 members walking regularly.

We alway meet up at Chester-le-Street Civic Centre car park, DH3 3TE, next to the police station. We walk every Sunday at 9.30am or 10.30am.

We now have twice monthly short walks on a Thursday morning, of 4/5 miles normally ending in coffee/tea rooms. Please check our website for further details.

New members can try us free for three walks/events, but are required to join if they wish to continue. You can become a member by completing a membership form.
