Moving On - temporary supported housing for 16-25 year olds
Moving On works with young people aged 16 to 25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Through our temporary supported housing, we enable young people to understand how to maintain a tenancy, develop their daily living skills and personal aspirations. We then support them to find more permanent housing options. Our aim is to break the cycle of youth homelessness in County Durham.
