Durham Amateur Rowing Club

We are a community sports club open to people of all ages and abilities for competitive and recreational rowing and sculling.

If you are a member, a range of boats are available including some suitable for people with disabilities. We have a new clubhouse with a gymnasium and social club which is available to other sporting and community organisations.

We are located close to Durham city centre and have on site car parking.

We have meeting and conference facilities available to you by arrangement.

We also hold a ten week "learn to row" course for beginners held throughout May to October.

All our facilities are fully accessible to people with disabilities and we are caravan club certificated for five touring caravans.

The boathouse is open every morning and weekday evenings.
