The Cornforth Partnership

We are both a company limited by guarantee and a charity. We carry out projects and programmes aimed at the social, environmental, recreational and economic regeneration of Cornforth.

The Partnership has a training room available to hire and provides fax, IT, and copying services. There are ten laptops for public use. 

Our services include:

  • youth drop in session at Number 66 (Wednesday 5.30pm – 7.30pm for 10-13 year olds and 7.30pm – 8.30pm for young people aged 13+)
  • youth club at Bishop Middleham Village Hall (Monday 6.00pm - 7.30pm for 10-13 years and 7.45pm - 9.00pm for 13 years +)
  • domestic violence support
  • Buddies befriending service
  • community allotment
  • community transport scheme with two 16 seater minibuses
  • craft and natter group - every Tuesday at Cornforth House from 10.00am - 12 noon
  • room hire
  • Foodbank
  • ASK Helpline  - a free text service for young people aged 14-25 years
  • adult education courses
