Small Steps - Seize the Day

Small Steps - Seize the Day is a small charity based in the north east of England that supports the families of children with Epilepsy or other similar neurological problems. In particular, those with complex health needs, cerebral palsy and pmld.

We work with local Specialist Epilepsy Nurses across the region to provide information to newly diagnosed families.

We can provide families with vital equipment including video monitors to help them to monitor their children during Epileptic seizures (Referals to be made via the Specialist Epilepsy Nurse Team).

We support the local Epilepsy Nurse Teams with financial support for training and equipment.

We providing support, information and education where possible through our website and facebook page.
