QEF Mobility Services

We offer advice on mobility for disabled and elderly people including information and various assessments such as driving ability and car adaptation for people who would like to continue driving after an illness or accident.

We can offer demonstrations of equipment and adaptations, assessment of requirements and training for disabled people and professionals. We deal with wheelchairs, car drivers and passengers and offer driving tuition. We also offer transfer and seating assessments.

We have a real part-fuselage and can give seating and transfer assessments for aircraft seats to make flying more accessible for disabled adults and children. You can try different seating support systems and then hire the equipment.

We also offer the following services:

  • Hire of rooms to professional organisations.
  • ADI (Driving Instructor) training to teach people with disabilities.
  • Hire of private road track to driving schools and private organisations.
  • Provision of disabilities awareness training and driver instructor training to teach people with disabilities.
  • Tailored training courses to individual or company requirements.
  • Business team building events to incorporate disability awareness.
