North East England Iyengar Yoga
We are dedicated to promoting the practice and understanding of Iyengar Yoga in Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland, Cumbria, Teesside and North Yorkshire.
We have been established since 1978 and are affiliated to the national association, Iyengar Yoga (UK).
We have many qualified teachers who run regular classes in various venues, for beginners and for those with experience. In addition to classes we also organise special events and workshops throughout the year, with visiting teachers from India and the UK.
