Depression UK
We are a national self help group, providing support and encouragement to anyone with depression, as well as to concerned family and friends. A registered charity, we are run by volunteers who have experienced depression themselves.
We have no office or paid staff. The charity is run entirely by our team of non-medical volunteers, mainly working at home.
