Durham Shared Lives Scheme
Shared Lives is a scheme that provides adults and young people, who are not able to live on their own a safe, secure home with the love and stability that family life can offer. Durham Shared Lives provides long term, short term, respite and emergency arrangements for adults and young people in the homes of approved Shared Lives Providers.
Durham Shared Lives is rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
