Hamsterley Primary School is in an attractive rural village on the edge of Hamsterley Forest, about eight miles from the town of Bishop Auckland.
We have a strong partnership with the local comprehensive schools. We also organise joint events with other local primary schools such as weekend residential visits, sporting events and other activities to enhance your child’s educational and social experiences.
