Anxiety UK
Anxiety UK is a national charity established in 1970 that provides a wide range of support services and information for those affected by anxiety, stress and anxiety-based depression.
Anxiety UK has a strong support delivery arm offering support via helpline, therapy, groups, courses and much more. We have a national accredited therapy service, with therapists all over the country working in partnership with us to deliver therapy to our members. We are a user-led organisation and rely on the generosity of our supporters and members to continue our work.
