Washington Riding Centre
We currently providing approximately 130 children and adults with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties with riding lessons every week.
As well as riding lessons, we also offer stable management courses to individuals of all age groups and levels of ability.
We now have a sensory garden, and offer pony petting with tea and cake, sessions, This is available for all age groups, including elderly in care homes and those suffering with dementia.
We are the home of Tyne and Wear Riding for the Disabled Association, and are a British Horse Society approved centre.
