Lyndsey's Childminding Family
At Lyndsey's Childminding Family, it is a home-from-home experience for the children that come through my door.
I'm not your usual type of minder as I only care for children from 4+, meaning we have no pushchairs, no feeds, no nappy changes to hinder our adventures. Rain, hail or shine you can rest be assured we are out enjoying every element.
I have 17 years in child-minding, along with this I have worked in a school, as a school administrator. I have worked as a Senior Play Worker in a kids out of school club, I've helped run a toddlers group, worked as a SEN TA also worked a SEN Supervisory Assistant.
So as you can see I've had a vast experience with children.
After school, we enjoy trips to the local parks and soft play areas where the children can let off some steam and have a nice snack provided by myself. During the school holidays, the children and I travel all around the North East to visit beaches, parks, farms, nature reserves and sometimes a nice treat to the cinemas. Despite all the fun we have travelling around and enjoying new places, sometimes there is nothing we enjoy more than returning to the house to have a movie day or even a play in the private park the children have in the back garden, which includes swings, slide, trampoline, swingball and numerous outdoor activities. Or even just getting the colouring pot out or playing with lego and dolls. If you would like your child to join our childminding family or have any questions regarding my service, please feel free to drop me a message and check out my website "Lyndsey's Childminding Family"
