We are an average sized primary school at the centre of the community in Blackhall Colliery providing high quality education and a lively curriculum for children aged 2 - 11 years.

We are registered to provide free education for qualifying two and three year olds enabling the youngest children in our local community to get off to the best possible start. We also offer affordable wraparound care from 7.30am - 5.30pm.

We are a warm, caring and inclusive school with strong community links. We were judged by Ofsted to be ‘good’ in October 2017 with ‘outstanding’ for behaviour and safety of pupils.
