Belmont Cheveley Park Primary School
A message from Mrs. Goodwin, Headteacher
It is my pleasure to introduce you to our school. Cheveley Park is a warm, welcoming and happy place to be; the family atmosphere and team spirit is what makes our school the place that it is… and we would love you to join us, if you are not already part of 'Team Cheveley!'
Since taking up the headship role in January 2018, our school is going from strength to strength. We are on an upward journey – and the sky is the limit. With key investment in staff, ICT and grounds, Cheveley Park is at a very exciting stage in its life. Our results are rapidly improving, and our current parents are overwhelmingly positive about their child’s education.
The motto of our school of ‘Play… Learn… Grow… Together’ is key at Cheveley Park. With a specialist Resource Base for children with Speech and Language difficulties, we truly are an inclusive school. We expect excellent behaviour, kindness, respect and good manners from our children – and in return we promise to give each and every one of our children an excellent education, within a small, caring school community.
Come and join us on our exciting journey – and be part of our family.
Mrs. Amy Goodwin

Local Offer
- Local Offer description
At Belmont Cheveley Park Primary and Pre-School, provision for children with additional needs is at the very heart of the ethos of the school.
As we have an additional ‘Enhanced Mainstream Provision’ (EMP) for children with difficulties in Speech, Language and Communication, catering for children with additional needs is a key strength of the school – whether the child is placed within the EMP or is based within their year group class.
Our statement of equality is simple: 'we strive to ensure all children achieve their best, irrespective of gender, race, need or background. All children can ‘be their best’.
Please see the attached our SEND Information Report Guide, as well as information about our 'Enhanced Mainstream Provision' for Children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
