We offer ‘30 hours childcare for working parents’.
We are a day nursery located in Shildon. We provide day care for children aged 2-5 years from 8.00am - 6.00pm. Our highly skilled and qualified staff ensure children are provided with a range of learning opportunities linking with the children's current interests, age and stage of their development, to give them the very best start in life.
We offer 15 hours free childcare for three years olds and some 2 year olds (if eligible).

We recognise that all children have different needs and will endeavour to make sure that every individual child's needs are met.
Where necessary practitioners will undertake training and seek advice from other professionals in order to provide quality care. We have a designated SENCO who attends council training and meetings.
Children will be provided with relevant activities and play opportunities that promote their wellbeing and development and offer age appropriate challenge.
Some additional funding may be claimed from the council to support children with special educational needs.
Current practitioner experience to date includes supporting childrens emotional well being and additional needs and supporting children with Autism.
Practitioner training and qualifications include SENCO role, behaiour management, Autism Awareness level 2.
Our setting is wheelchair friendly and staff are familiar with various chairs and standing equipment provided by physiotherapists/occupational therapists. We have adjustable changing facilities to support all children's needs.
