Gemma's Little Oakes Childminding
I offer ‘30 hours childcare for working parents’.
I am an Oftsed registered Childminder located in South Hetton. I offer a wide variety of activities for the children to access and have an enclosed garden for outdoor activities/play. I take the children to regular groups and go on regular outings to parks, farms, libraries, museums and soft plays and places of interest. We enjoy weekly visits to the allotment where the children are learning about growing their own food, we also attend a weekly Forest school session which the children really enjoy. I ensure all the children are provided with a wide range of experiences and opportunities during their time here with me.
I live with my husband and also have the experience and knowledge of bringing up my own two sons aged 16 and 13 years. I have previous experience working with children with Autism in a specialist school and have gained a degree in Early Childhood Studies.
