Local Offer
- Local Offer description
We recognise that all children have different needs and will endeavour to provide high standards of care to ensure that all individual child's needs are met.
We have a policy in place which clearly identifies how they provide for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. There is a designated named coordinator who attends council training to keep up to date with latest developments with SEND. Where necessary practitioners will undertake training and seek advice from other professionals in order to provide quality care.
Learning opportunities are tailored to the child's stage of development. Children are provided with relevant activities and play opportunities that promote their wellbeing and development.
Some additional funding may be claimed from the Local Authority to support children with Special Educational Needs.
