The Children's Food Trust has some great information around healthy eating for early years providers. They also have seasonal menu ideas, and tips for cooking with the kids.
The Food Standards Agency offer useful information and guidance about food safety for childminders and food allergy and intolerance.
Car safety
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents offer comprehensive safety advice, and information on their Child Car Seats website.
