There’s the Children and Young People's Network, a free register for 0-25 year olds with SEND. Register for free to receive a membership card that offers discounts across the region.
There’s a SEND Promise for County Durham - a children and young people's charter for SEND covering education, health, activities, employment and more in County Durham.
High Needs Review and the Special Provisions Fund
In January 2018, we completed a review of high needs provisions for children and young people with SEND who are aged 0 – 25 and live in County Durham or are looked after by Durham County Council. View the final report and its recommendations.
